Heller gets sworn-in as Nev.'s new senator

Heller announced a U.S. Senate run Tuesday after months of alluding to it and a week after fellow Republican John Ensign said he would not seek a third term as Nevada's junior senator.Nevada's new U.S. senator, Dean Heller, was sworn in Monday to replace the embattled John Ensign, who resigned amid a Senate Ethics Committee investigation into an extramarital affair he had with a staff member.
